I disagree that this picture was taken in 1960, when did colored snapping came into Nigeria. If you also look at the building then there’s every indications that it was taken in the 80s

I was in secondary school in the 80s, primary in the 70s to early 80s.
These cars in the picture are older than that time.
The pictures look like from the 50s to early 60s.
