they do not call themselves Delta Ibo nor Igbo. It is the other delta tribes that call them Delta Ibo. Some identify as Igbos, particularly around the Asaba axis while others identify themselves as Ika, Ukwuani, Abohs etc.
What I have noticed is that the other tribes of Delta state are so ignorant of the Igbo speaking part of Delta state
