Born Again
Since everybody is born with a bad nature, and bred with a bad notion, there is need to be born again. John 3:3, “Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” To be born again means to have your bad nature, life transforms to a good and godly one. That only happens through Jesus Christ. You need to accept Jesus Christ into your life before He can transform your life. Then how? Since you were conceived in sin, born in sin, and brought up in sin, you need to admit you are a sinner. But admitting you are a sinner will not make a different. Except you are ready to forsake your sins and old lifestyles, then you confess them to Jesus Christ, ask Him to forgive you and also cleanses you with His precious blood that was shed on the cross. Then you ask Him to save you.

Here is the truth: Jesus Christ is the only One empowered by God to forgive sins, no matter how terrible or how long the sins have been in your life. Another good thing is that when Jesus forgives you, He also cleanses you. He pardons all your sins, all! He removes the contamination and consequences of those sins.

1. That claim of yours is a lie which isn't in anyway based on what Jesus Christ in fact said there in John 3 vs 1 - 8 of what it means to be born-again.

2. You are not conceived of sin but instead of God's judgement against sin - Genesis 3 vs 16a .

Saying you were conceived in sin amounts to stating that everytime you have sex with your wife, you both commit sin against God. Now God never decreed childbearing a sin, instead He cursed it as being unholy aka not of His Kingdom or of this world, much the same as everything else that is of this world.

3. Only those under God’s Law can sin against God. Unbelievers do not have sins to be forgiven them them this since they are born dead to God's Law..

Note: that which is of the world isn't sinful. Instead, it is not of the Kingdom of God or His Law.
