I change my bedsheets every three days no cap

Stop using sponges
Start using warm water to bath with soap only
Buy damatol though it’s always very harsh on skin but if you can withstand the pain use it all over ( except eyes and balls area)
Take vitamin c and other immune Building supplements
If this no work
Then go and buy blood purifier herbs or tonic
