ttoyetade:Kidnapping has always been this bad in places like Rivers, Imo, Anambra, etc. I agree the problem should be solved by equipping the police investigation unit to bring crimes to book as quickly as possible. 2 Likes |

It's only in Yorubaland they're safe. And yet it's noise, wailings and abuse against the Yoruba all the time. And that from sojourners who ain't safe in their homeland o. 6 Likes 1 Share |

Totilopussylick: So na APC say make them go kidnap? Everyone is at fault but not the Igbos themselves. When parents don't question the source of their children's wealth then danger is looming in the community. We all know that what the Eastern parents care about is have you made it and not how you made it! Once there is degeneration in the family values then their will be degeneration in the whole society. The east has gone to the dogs. Killing, maiming, kidnapping has become the order of the day. You can't travel without fear of being kidnapped or outrightly killed. They run to other parts not because they can't invest in thier home town but thier home town is not safe. Once you shine automatically they become a target. Let's not allow them turn Nigeria into what they have turned their region into. Vote wisely. 5 Likes 1 Share |

Luckysbab: It is a function of the same tribalistic bile un- leached on other threads. You do not need to wail. We know where you are coming from. If it were to be a story that suits you, this will certainly.not be your comment. Hypocrisy is injurious to mental health. 3 Likes 1 Share |

UGBE634:Let's analyse this particular situation critically. A Lagos based Business man from Imo state goes back home, went jogging and was kidnapped probably by family members or those close to him who informed the kidnappers, all for the love of money. This is a Nigerian vice that has always existed way before Buhari. The APC and PDP Government have both failed in bringing the culprits to book as quickly as possible, but it has always been this bad. Let's tell ourselves the truth, our people are terrible. 2 Likes |

Lagos is the safe haven for everyone, we must build Lagos, support it. Funny thing is, this man might have been hailing IPOB online or showing support for them, not knowing he is meat and food for IPOB's foot soldiers. 1 Like |

Totilopussylick:With a magic wand? The problem with kidnapping is a security issue mainly, does Peter Obi have a magic wand You people are not realistic at all. The problem with insecurity is more of a structural, social problem than political. 1 Like 1 Share |
