So guys, I made some inquiries about the ODVI on NL, I found out they send the invite in batches and it takes up to a month or more sometimes, that they send first to the best candidates and weigh each candidates then send the invite, provided no one receives a regret mail, they might still be comparing your scores with a close candidates and they will only send regret mails when the other candidates scores higher.
So let's be patient and if possible take our minds off this first because it will eventually come.

That's not true. There is no slot for recommendation from top Shell professionals as the recruitment is managed centrally in the HQ

Those who have done assessed internship do not apply for the Graduate program as their assessment is usually entirely different outside the Shell graduate program. Note that I said assessed internship - there are 2 kinds, assessed internship and regular internship.

Oh thanks for the clarification. While applying i think there was an optional space where they asked if we know anyone working in shell and their details. I thought that would have given people who know someone an edge over others. They was also a space which asked if we have worked or intern in shell before.

Omo my mind just spoil as Expert_NLer gave the numbers that would be recruited . 99% wouldn't get this job and even if only one person from here gets it that in itself is a miracle, i celebrate with that person.
