The answer is No. There were only two people in the bible who were a little lower than the angels They are Adam before his fall and Jesus during his earthly life.

Even Adam in his most perfect state was still a little lower than the angels. Many people have this unbiblical teaching that man is higher than the angels, it is not true. when John encounter an angel he almost worshipped. When John saw an angel he almost fell down to worship him but the angel stopped him.
Daniel had an anglic encounter and his strength left him, his beauty became filth.

Jesus the son of God during his earthly life was a little lower than the angels because Jesus was perfectly sinless. However After Jesus resurrection he became far above the angels, he became the Jesus the glorified man.
Jesus as God his infinitely superior to the angels but as a man his position changed from being a little lower than the angels to far above the angels.

The rest of humanity are far lower than angels infact humanity is almost equal to animals this is due to sin. However the new human race that God is building in christ will inherit christ glorified human nature and as a result will be far above the angels in fact they shall judge the angels i.e the fallen angels.
