@OP, where is this city? To be honest I would like Nigerian cities to aspire to much more than this city you posted. Abuja is relatively well planned I think. There is some information about Abuja plan. I also believe there is well planned Eko Atlantic city for Lagos. We shall see,

londoner: That should be the Olympic site 2012 I would like to see more Nigerian inspired architecture and brigdges but by nigerian engineers- There are so many lebanese and turkish contractors involved with building our cities |
