A popular Christian cleric, Pastor David Ayuba Azzaman, has assured that the electorate in Kaduna State will be mobilized to cast at least one million votes for Labour Party candidate Peter Obi in the 2023 general elections.
Pastor Azzaman stated this during an interactive session with journalists on Tuesday at his church, The King Worship Chapel and Ministries, in Kaduna.
In addition, he expressed satisfaction that Obi's running mate, Datti Ahmed, is a Muslim from Zaria and a credible candidate.

On Kaduna State affairs, he urged citizens who have yet to obtain their permanent voters' cards (PVCs) to do so in order to ensure credible leaders who will promote unity and development of the country emerge in 2023.

Mr. Writer I so much like your analysis, though very biases and one minded toward selling the Muslim - Muslim ticket that have become very difficult to market in almost every part of the country. I won't argue with your facts that much. But are you aware, the 19 states in the northern Nigeria there is no single state without at least 20-25 indigenous Christians? But I can give you 10 states in the southern Nigeria without a single indigenous Muslims. From your analysis, are you expecting states like Rivers, Cross River, Delta, Bayelsa, Akwa Ibom, Anambra, Enugu, Ebonyi, Imo and Abia to go to core North and import Muslim to become their governor or deputy governor in the name of equality or fairness? Go back and do your homework well. We are wise.
