The womb was not cut off.She most likely had uterine rupture by attempting forced vaginal delivery.

These pregnant women always putting their lives at risk, the money they did not want to spend by going straight to professionals, they end up spending more with threat to life by going to quack nurses.
Those quacks have strong mind as a result of ignorance, something a seasoned well experienced obs and gynae Dr would not even attempt, they will.
