Since people prefer reporting through social media due to fear of going to the station. Employ active social media handlers for your stations. Form a synergy between the social media reports and your rapid response. Your social media is part of your organization and people can report through that medium 1 Like |

Mumu Nigeria police if they are as intelligent as they claim to be what stop them from acting swiftly on the Twitter information and mobilize their men to the scene of the reported crime and if turn out to be false call the culprit out and track him or her down to face consequences of their actions |

Oga askari they will come to report. Just do things In a proper way as most people have lost confidence in police due to their nefarious activities at the stations which deter people from coming to report cases. |

Police respond to social media report than visiting their station. Imagine going to the station, the idiot on the gate side ll question u, he ll then direct u to another fool that ll ask useless questions. Then direct you to their desk, there u ll be asked to wait. After 30 minutes u ll be asked to write one yeye statement before they proceed to inform the DPO. Dpo ll now call wale wale, one officer ll respond; oga wale no dey oh . Wia him go?? Oga them go arrest one woman wey fight with her neighbour .. Tbc |

Typical of poor way if thinking. When you discover a particular type of customer behaviour what you do is to build processes around that behavior and milk it for better customer experience. In this case you have discovered that people find it so easy to report via SM all you need to is to feed that into your process to milk it and meet the customers needs. Haba |
