After the results are declared and APC declared winner the next thing you would hear is APC bribed voters and how people collected ₦10k and even ₦15k from APC while the PDP was offering 5-7k.
The fact is except for Lagos State in the Southwest,most Eastern states and some states in the NorthEast and Northwest where the indigenes on a good day can vote in a popular candidate of their choice,despite the inducement;there is no state in the Southwest that would not be won with monetary inducement.
You only have to know what your opponent is offering and top it.Only a stingy and naive incumbent governor in the Southwest can lose an election.With just ₦2- ₦5billion of a governors security vote in the Southwest,an election in the SW can be won comfortably by the ruling party.
