Note this, transgender is different from crossdresser.
Trans were born with the opposite sex organs. In other word, they're natural and most of them are forced to love themselves as they're all rejected in their surroundings.

Nope that's not true... Those that were born with different organs do undergo lot of test to see the dominating gene before fully converting them in which they are called hermaphrodite...
Transgender on the other hand are people like gays and lesbians who felt they don't like being the their normal genes and sexuality then go ahead to convert there genes into the opposite sex they are comfortable with... They undergo sugeries and and the females converting to man takes a lot of steroids injections and other thing to boost their testoteron so they can be more aggressive and have facial hair and other stuff like a man... Some even go as far as changing or converting their their sexual organs surgically
