It's so hard to link and understand the mystery behind northern Nigeria.

Pls I need knowledgeable people who are versed in these affairs to shed light on these issues I will highlite.people like @arewanorth.

This is not to condescend on any tribe,but to broaden knowledge.

Nigeria has been ruled longest by northerners, they have had these inordinate desire to seek and hold on to power.

They also have this inordinate desire to take from others who are not their own,eg grazing people's farmland for their cows,water resources bill,NNPC, and Nigerdelta oil and gas,they even take human lives of others,they love cold blood murders,This can be seen in the way Deborah was killed.The killing is exceedingly wicked,a killing which represents the height of insidious evil the northerners are known for.

They have been doing those kind of evils for so long and do not wish to change ,have never seen a people who joy in evil like northerners.I experience it even in the south.

When you call them out they will never admit but say oh southerners have cultist,have esn etc but everyone knows these are outliers in the south.

The norths unwillingness to admit to their wrongdoing but swiftness to deflect shows an unrepentant spirit,lack of remorse and forgiveness and an unwillingness to change.
Why is this so?

The north as ruled Nigeria for so many years ,in most times were they were in power Nigeria is always in distress and pains,like under this buharis rule.

Northerners seem to have this insidious evil ways ,they don't care for anyone but themselves, people like buhari and his northern cronies who populate this government show no remorse for the suffering of others. They have infected their southern lackeys like timipre silva.
You will see BUHARIS family always celebrating despite their own people in so much pain.

How do this people sleep,knowing that they are responsible for the lives of these people they are putting in danger out of incompetence or unwillingness and collision with the evil doers.

The north as bred so much evil and caused alot of distress , pains and backwardness to Nigeria.everywere dey go is murders,suffering, poverty etc.Are they cursed or what?

These people denied the nigerdelta of their rightful earnings from their resources while they keep theirs eg zamfara gold.
They have nothing but pains to offer Nigeria yet they want to keep ruling.They don't give anything to Nigeria but are always eager to take take and take.

They populate all the fg jobs, agencies,military, police,institutions,police,tax,shipping,ports,oil and gas out of their greed,denying others of placement and they are proud about it,yet the country is in a mess.

The one thing that buhari should be good at which is security being a former general he is the worst. Civilians are now the ones talking about how they will rescue Nigeria from armed people.

I mean what good can the northerners offer any one,what is their purpose on earth?

They are not the only Islamic people in the world,there are middlebelt and southern Muslim people who do not behave an inch of how this people behave.Tunisia,morrocco are progressive countries,were alcohol and women are free,yet they are ismalic countries,they the ones that brought Islam to these NORTH Nigerians.

Is it an ethnic thing?

What is the purpose of all this wickedness, greed,backwardness, cold blood murders,massacre's and poverty breeding?

If you have lived long in the north,you will notice one point that most southerners easily gloss over at their own peril.., the fact that most northerners, both those in government and those outside government, especially in the core north, strongly believe that most southerners are "very unclean unbelievers "! It's stunning! Infact, if you are discerning enough, it will be one of the first things you will notice living in the north. Northerners believe that Southern christians are unclean and as such should not rule over them.

Most of them also believe that Southern Muslims are fake and not good enough. Essentially, they strongly believe that God entrusted Nigeria to them because they are Muslims and since we are some "unclean unbelievers" deu to our christian faith, (they call it "arene"), it's God's will that they will always rule over us and as such can utilize maximum violence in doing so. It's is this very violent dogmatic approach to national politics that propells them towards all sorts of wreckless and stubborn political stands.

Northern Nigeria's industrial military complex which translates into a gun and shoot approach as their strategy into facing warfare is in itself problematic, visiting a lot of states in Northern Nigeria would put you in a state of awe as people freely have stickers of past military generals who ran the country aground which they hold as messiah makes you question a lot of things . One thing that has proven to be of great success is that until you sit down and reach a peaceful consensus with bad state actors, you may be ready to go on an overdrive with your defence budget in quelling the upheaval of violence that would threaten nationhood, the Colombia guerilla war comes to mind.

What still dosen't make sense to me is that from the genesis of when these attacks began, circa 2009, Boko Haram has vowed to threaten our peacful co-exsistance as a people by saying certain way of life is considered to be "Haram" and go on a prolonged jihadist war with the Nigerian military and attacking "Muslim states" it could be said that these attacks were only secluded to Northern Nigeria and not to other parts of the Christian south which makes you question a lot of things.

Here is the conspiracy theory i have always upheld, a lot of military personals from Northern Nigeria feel threatened and have always been threatened by the democratic arrangements that relegated them to the barracks awaiting command from the commander in chief, this has somewhat undermined their power and thirst for warfare which in turn made them to collude and create conflicts out of thin air to keep the defence budget pumping.

They collude: A lot of elites know about the activtes of Boko Haram, Fula Bandits but choose to look the other way while their region burns to ruin. Only Notherners can save Northerners, GEJ tried it they made his life difficult.

I believe the real problem is refusal to change.
The world is changing and everybody is dumping Marxism for western capitalism which comes with so much prosperity. The liberal south is reaping from the change, the conservative north is scared of losing dominance and conjuring every dirty trick they can think of just to remain dominant.

Everybody will eventually change or be retired, this is just the last kick of a dying horse.
