Sometimes when you be with some people and when they start analysing 2023 election or politics you will just give up with such a poor analysis and poor representation of facts. But, if what they use in running the database is Biometric...you will be flagged for multiple registration.

Go to INEC website and request for missing card printing...I think this is safer .

20m is even way too small. I pray the census truly holds. We'd know our real population both regionally and statewide.
