That event was a Lagos State Government event held at the grounds of the State Secretariat Alausa.

That was annual thanksgiving organised by a Muslim Fashola as Governor of Lagos State.

It was held at the Lagos State Secretariat for both Christians and Muslims like Fashola himself.

Both Pastor Adeboye and then candidate Buhari were invited to the public occasion.
