stevedestiny: You can always reapply to the same school and if you have any other choice of course try that because you changing your DLI mean you will have to reapply for another study permit 1 Like |

Ojb555666: Each study permit application is tied to a particular DLI - the DLI number you fill out in one of the forms. |

Otikmsk: I think it's best if you send it to the Lagos office for stamping. Passport stamping isn't as efficient as before in Abuja because of the security alert at the Embassy. It's been 2 weeks since I submitted my passport to Abuja office and I still haven't gotten it back. |

People don’t go through the thread, they just jump to the last page. The issue of Microfinance bank statement was boldly written on someone’s GCMS notes. Okay o 3 Likes 1 Share |

Snooky: It depends. They will also consider whether you have a stable income, good job prospects, etc. As long as it doesn't look like you're desperate to get to Canada for financial stability, you can somehow justify selling your property. For example, you could say that it's an investment in your career and you'll buy even more properties in Nigeria in the future. 1 Like |

VNjoku: Hi Njoku, To be able to respond to your question you have to provide more details about your application. 1. Are you self-sponsored or you have a sponsor, if you have a sponsor how is he/she related to you? 2. Where there huge or lump sum deposits into the account you presented. 3. Have you paid your fees completely or partly? Provide answers to these then the house can offer guidance. |

stevedestiny: Can you let us know why they denied you admission? After they have previously given you before. Did you let them know that your visa wasn't ready in time to meet the orientation date or it was virtual and you failed to join? I suggest you appeal to them and tell them that you have everything set to join them right away, including tuition fee payment. Because using a different DLI at this point means fresh visa application and trust me you won't want that stress again with the whole backlog that IRCC is currently dealing with. |

Good morning all I trust we are doing fine? I applied in July last year and received a PFL in May this year as a result of the application charge-back. I sorted it out by getting an investigative report from the special fraud unit of the Nigerian police force. This morning, I received another PFL stating that I didn't informed them of y previous visa application to the USA. Pls, what is the best way to go about this? I need help |
