Council Development Areas (LCDAs)". This is a major part of restructuring that many are only clamoring for now. (6)TINUBU brought innovation to education when he began to appoint Pupils who Excelled Academically as Acting Governor of Lagos. This is not correct. Enron went bankrupt. If the deal had gone ahead Lagos State government would have had their fingers burnt. The govt failed to do their due diligence on the prospective partner.
