Let’s leave aside that he’s obviously making more money (NO nation on earth can compete with the US on doctors’ wages across the board - no thanks to the fact that medicine in the US is almost entirely PRIVATIZED, and there is NO universal access to healthcare, which means that even some taxpayers CANNOT afford access to routine healthcare), if he did all the foregoing 1-4 things in Lagos or Port Harcourt, it would substantively be pretty much the same outcome. Merely living abroad is NOT what changed his appearance!
