I was in his shop in Iyana Ipaja this morning. I dragged with him. I dont know why these people just like being difficult.

Just accept the deductions and move on. Try to draft an agreement on repairs and other fixes the tenants may incur in your house. In the agreement state what and what not you want to be done.
