I am of the opinion that the 1999 constitution chapter 4 section 31 should be revisited due to the insecurity in Nigeria. Nairalander Buddatum could not defend the constitution and tell me why it should remain. And mind you, don't tell me "That is what the Constitution says" But tell me why it should not be revisited. You can correct me in any area. Mod plz do the needful. |
