MOUAU Final Year Student Falls From 3-Storey Building, Dies After Taking Nkpuru Mmiri

A 500-level student of the Michael Okpara University Of Agriculture Umudike, Abia State, identified as Modestus Hyacinth Egbulefu has lost his life, ABN TV gathered.

The electrical/electronic engineering student was said to have jumped from the third floor of a high-rising building after taking some psychoactive substances suspected to be Crystal Meth "Nkpuru Mmiri". He died on the spot.

The incident which occurred on Friday at about 9:40am has left his neighbors in shock.

ABN TV gathered that his body has been deposited at a subservient morgue located at Awom Ukwu in Ikwuano local government area of Abia State.

What must have happened to the chap is that in his drug induced state, "something" whispered to him that he can fly like a bird and because he was not with his rational mind any more, he believed he could fly. For others, in their high manic state, they believe that they are Jesus Christ hence the term messianic complex.

Its best to stay away from any form of drugs as the human brain is hyper enough on its own without adding psychoactive substances which can push anyone over the edge.

I once saw a Jamaican man in London many years ago possibly on crack standing in the middle of a busy road at night and trying to peel off the white paint markings used to divide the road into lanes. In his high state, he thought the painted road markings was white sellotape he could peel off.
