We have enough doctors in Nigeria, how many is the government able to engage. Some of them are abroad,but their offices in Nigeria are still there cheating the people,where as people are looking for job opportunities,e.g UBTH and other teaching hospitals across the country. They want to each much with less work.

Problem mitigating the approach are many 1. Security - many health workers have been kidnapped, killed, maimed and assulted.
2. Poor remuneration and outright non payment of salaries as at when due .
3. Some government did not recognize the importance of health sector in a much as they enjoy the comfort of their exalted position .
4. Non approval of circulars of Fed govt, they have to go on strike before the implementation, but they can bring up circular that will create stagnation. When a medical doctor cannot provide simple requirements for family members.
5 . Conducive working environment etc.
6. Trading programmes are not being encouraged.

He should just hire a full-time magician as health minister.

This is exactly what happens when you elect people who simply don't understand the very basics of economics or how a country's economy runs.
