I think your assumption is basic (i.e elementary); of course it can't prove anything. But in a court of law, if the lawyers are able to infuse  reasonable suspicion of guilty, or even the slight possibilty that ige was aware or accompanied in it, then he is just as guilty.

E don reach fight? and why saying they did not collect money when Gani Adams(OPC) admitted he knew some leaders actually did(check other threads).
