Recruit! Recruit!
Recruit 50 million youths
What they will eat
Agbado, corn, cassava
Its all planted here

Old age is beautiful
But it becomes stressful
When you try to achieve what should have been achieved in the days of your strength
Re: International Youth Day: Tinubu Celebrates Young People In Nigeria by aviara: 6:40am On Aug 13, 2022
Tinubu has no plans for the youths. He only uses them as touts to achieve his selfish goals.

See how he has devalued many youths in Lagos, making them run after moving buses and bikes in the sun and rain in the name of collecting all sort of fees. Is this the type of jobs our youths should be engaged to do in a 21st century era. Are these what youths in other climes are engaged in?

Tinubu has no plans for the poor, if elected president, his govt will benefit only the rich and his cronies. For instance, his eko Atlantic city being built for common Lagosians to enjoy or its built for the rich?

Furthermore, if elected president, Nigerians and companies should be ready to pay more and more taxes. He will introduce unbearable tax burden on the masses, only to loot the proceeds through white elephant projects using cronies as usual.

Its time to take back our country
Peter Obi is the man we want
Eledumare we hear our prayer this time
Nigeria will be great again

2023 election is between Nigerians and two other renowned political gladiators who are Atiku and Tinubu.

While Peter Obi who appear to be the underdog represents the majority of Nigerians, Atiku and Tinubu represents the interest of a very few selfish and corrupt minority.

Let us massively vote for Peter Obi to emerge president of Nigeria so that we can fix this country.

This is a duty we owe ourselves and the generation unborn. Let it be on record that Nigerians fought two major political rogues to take back their country from misrule and corruption of grandeur.

What a big joke

Biggest joke from the destiny robber who has made youths into agberos and unemployable because he failed to hire teachers and other workers to have every child in free schools and deliver other basic governance outcomes.

MathsChic:
Some days ago, I was at a secondary school in Surulere (across the bridge from the Island) in Lagos for a friend's event where he is educating secondary students about the perils of peer pressure. I honestly wasn't expecting what I saw as the state of this secondary school.
It left me wondering if this was a school or a dump yard. Why in heaven's name are Nigerian leaders looking the other way while the young ones study in this sorry environment?

The attached pictures are what I saw. This is no secondary school. It's a hopeless shanty. I hope this gets to front page and attracts the necessary attention.

Lawmaker scores Lagos Water Corporation low

A Lagos State lawmaker, Mr Saka Fafunmi, on Thursday expressed dissatisfaction at the performance of the state Water Corporation.

Fafunmi, a member of the Lagos State House of Assembly (LAHA), said in Ikeja that the corporation had not been able to justify statutory allocations to it.

The lawmaker, who represents Ifako-Ijaiye Constituency 1 at the assembly, spoke to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN).

He said that the corporation had the capacity to generate much fund internally through water rates but had relied solely on government funding because of poor performance.

'' Anyone that is using water will be willing to pay for it; the corporation has not been giving us water.

"Is there any new community that Water Corporation has given water? People depend on boreholes; even government estates have industrial boreholes.

"Why do we keep pumping money into an agency that does not give us the desired results?'' he asked.

He noted that the Adiyan Waterworks was located at Ifako-Ijaiye, where many of the residents had resorted to digging boreholes as a means of getting water.

''A lot of people are falling sick because they don't drink clean water.

''In the same compound, where you have sewage, is where you have a borehole.

''There is no way you can manage the sewage that it will not leak and pollute the water; everyone drinking such is drinking contaminated water,'' he said.

The lawmaker urged the corporation to increase water reticulation and supply to residents.
