Many outdoor affiliate programs offer equal or higher commissions and have enough brand loyalty to drive conversions. Instead of being "outside," you can keep yourself busy biking, camping, rock climbing, biking, snowboarding, and more.

2. Online Courses

Online courses are another area that has exploded in the last year. With the closure or reduction of in-person education, online courses and education have emerged as an important way for people to self-educate. This is because the e-learning industry will reach $457.8 billion in the next five years. For comparison, the SEO market is estimated to be less than 10% of that.

Education is huge and growing every day. The course itself is highly beneficial both in creation and promotion. As a digital affiliate product, courses typically offer high commissions as each additional student costs the creator virtually nothing.

Health, wealth and relationships are one of the most stable evergreen niches you can enter. The fitness and wellness industry is dominated by big players like Men's Health and Healthier, but there is still an opportunity to outperform by developing niche markets.

But finance is still a big niche and needs to be approached from a unique angle.
