It can not be achieved without massive urbanisation of the environment with regards to Neighbourhood and market development. You go to some major markets and it isnall mud.

It is very annoying, especially jogging in the morning and the horrible stench oozes out anytime you go through any aboki dominated neighborhood or gariki as they call it. Most times you'll see them open their yansh waaaa dey shit pick teeth at the same time. Weird people. God bless Nigeria (we are all one)

There are places in other city centres where this occurs, I think its because we no longer have govt maintained public toilets like we used to when I was growing up. Toilets in places like airports, bus terminals and markets are woefully inadequate.

I worshipped in one church in PH that had a sitting capacity of 800 persons, yet it had only 2 functional toiltets ! One for men and the other for women.

Imagine, 2 toilets for 800 persons, what stupid architect does that?
