Even long before Tinubu dreamt of becoming Lagos state governor, that state was miles ahead of others... And the reason is obvious to you and everyone of us! Lagos has always enjoyed an advantage which every other state has never had!

If you can prove to me that Tinubu built Lagos from scratch or non-existent mediocrity to world standard, then you are on course....
