That It's Nsukka food dosnt mean its eaten only in Nsukka naa,haba Nsukka attached to it is where it originated from, just like tuo is referred to as Hausa food or afang soup as a Calabar soup. All through my stay at Awka, i always see my Anambra friends buying it, especially around that Regina junction side, that road going to the Cathedral but all of them still refer to it as Nsukka food . But they don't add pomo like this one shaa

There is restaurant around lingu crescent "Okonkwo" behind zenith bank at aminu Kano crescent; they sell Igbo delicacies including Abacha, nkwobi, even palm wine and there prices are fair for a restaurant inside town and still Behind and dey lively

Hi guys i got tired of eating rice every sunday and decided to make this nsuka local native delicacy, note am not from nsuka but i learnt how to cook it from my nsuka babe, the delicacy is called Ashisha if i got the spellings correct. Its very delicious

It tastes exactly like achicha or echicha(that's how my people pronounce it) . It tastes really nice if its well prepared

For those asking it's made with fiofio(or agbugbu).na local beans in the east that beans alone can keep you fill for 24hrs after consumption.Then There is ukpaka creyfish onions,

Truth is this is not a sharp sharp food oh,it takes hours for the beans to done..I mean hours or else you use pressure cooker..The crushed dried cocoyam and be left in water for hours infact the whole process is tedious but always worth it at the end
