They delayed the rehab till election moments to score cheap political points, only to work on that portion in the last quarter to pre-election year. Not the entire stretch. It might just be another quick patch till after election again. That road is a major road and a very busy one, also the only road to everyone on that axis.

They give so small but collect so much. If them tell you how much that small portion cost now, you would wonder why it so long to fix it if they spending so much.
