Where is the wonder in Borno or Lagos where the populace live from hand to mouth and most in abject poverty. Currently Borno is one of the most terrorized and dangerous state to live in in Nigerian; while Lagos is the most expensive, chaotic, unorganized, stressful city in Nigerian and commands the highest number of tout dead or alive I suppose. So what and where does the wonders reside in both cities?

Lagos has always had an edge that's true, but the mordern day Lagos and the progress it has can only be traced back to Tinubus tenure as governor of Lagos. Thanks to the system in revenue drive he put in place while in office as at 2010 Lagos was the 10th Largest economy in Africa, today it is the 5th.....Yes Lagos had it's advantages but it took Tinubu building on them to get Lagos to where it is today.
