Start by checking your bp first, no assumptions until then. Some heavy meal can cause palpitations.

You need to see your cardiologist, you prolly have High BP and anxiety.
It's an early sign of stroke. Go see an heart specialist as soon as possible!

You may be suffering from atrial fibrillation

Knew someone who was suffering from palpitations for 20years but was Asymptomatic of atrial fibrillation any time an ECG was done until recently.

If ECG shows no result.. you should be put on 24 to 48 hour monitoring with a holter device.

And the last is a stress test while taking your ECG.

Your problem is anaemic (Iron deficiency) . Get some multi vitamins such as vitamin B12 , ferrous tablets or syrups & garlic capsule. Adjust yuur diet accordingly.
Don't smoke or drink alcohol to guide against BP.
I had similar experience years back.... Today I'm free !

I think it’s pretty common when you get to a certain age and your stress level can contribute greatly. If it bothers you visit a cardiologist.

You cannot keep eating food every time like a fool!! Learn to fast for 24 hours at least once a week and eat by 4 pm for like 6 months! Use this fasting to get close to God! Last 3 Friday My heart ached and couldn’t go to where I was going to. It ached really bad. I lie on d floor. I later got myself. Last 2 Sunday my eyes dazed me. I fell, eyes turned me. I started taking ferrous sulphate

I noticed recently that when I eat 3 ripe seeds of Moringa, I got myself. I was scared to walk far away from home. I walk out now.

U Don get High Blood Pressure be that.

Check what you it. Food containing caffeine will likely make you palpitate. Stress can also do that.
If you take zero caffeine & you ain’t under strress, see a doctor ASAP!

Are you on drug(eg. Fanol, prednisolone, etc) if yes, it's one of its side effects.

I had this for sometime and it's quite a disturbing experience. Palpitations, lightheadedness, shortness of breath. I'd advice you check your BP regularly, exercise more often, change you diet plan less cabs more veggies and fruits and if possible see a cardiologist and do an ECG
