I was having issue and mine was becoming severe..... I started relieving myself from worrying about issues of life and being happy. I don't even know when it stopped. Sometimes, when it wants to skip, I breathe it down.... I checked my BP then regularly too.
So, yes, anxiety causes that too.

Based on my personal experience, what I think is wrong with you is that you've either been anxious for too long or you had too much caffeine.
I get heart palpitations when I drink fearless so I don't take it. Also if I drink nescafe, it gives me heart palpitations so I don't take it except for the decaffeinated one which is nescafe gold. So.
So check your routine. You've done something to trigger it.

Someone suggested stress or even elevated blood pressure. That's good. However, for someone who gyms, neither blood pressure or stress should affect you so.

Therefore, going to see your doctor would be the ideal way to check that there's nothing else the matter. Are there headaches, occasional tiredness, or blurring of vision? When was the last time you saw your doctor?

Reduce salt and caffeine intake

From my experience something triggered it. When I did BP test it came out that I have Low BP. I'm a young man. I just turned 30 this year. I was shocked. It was later I did test ND it came out that it most as a result of Typhoid.
Don't take drugs. Pls don't take any drugs. Rather go for check up. I was advise to drink more water and eat fruit. Oral hydration. Sprite and table salt

Anxiety could cause heart palpitations

Increase in BP could be another factor

Go and see a cardiologist. They can do some basic work up. EKG. Holter monitoring e.t.c. based on that the physician can proceed if further intervention is needed. Avoid energy drinks. Anything with caffeine for now. Good luck.

It’s best you go see a doctor and run some chest X rays, if the tests comes out and you don’t have any problems that’s to you anxiety disorder

I had it too, mine was caused by dehydration. I started drinking more water and it stopped.

You should go for a proper check-up at the hospital and get a professional diagnosis and treatment.

When you have a medical issue, you should go to a hospital.

There are a lot of things that can cause palpitations.
