Nigeria is turning to its old, abandoned refineries - after the cost of importing fuel rose $9bn in three years.
Corruption and neglect have left Africa’s biggest oil producer unable to refine its crude.
Instead, it relies on costly imports of refined petroleum products.

They award one billion Dollar maintenance contract to themselves. They collect the money, walk away and refinery is still not working
