That is a big lie from hell. Both Jonathan and Obj awarded contracts on this road. What was done was just fixing potholes. This is the first time since Lagos Ibadan Expressway was constructed that it was properly rehabilitated. I am not a Buhari advocate and really don’t fancy him but I only love to say the truth without prejudice.
