He that goes to equity must go with clean hands.
It's only in Nigeria that debtors will be using court injunction to claim rights.
These media houses are making money from adverts and they are not ready to pay their subscriptions.

I wish to go to court to get an injunction against DSTV because I don't have money to pay for subs now smiley wink

Give it 5 years and no one would care about NBA or whatever they call themselves. The future is online. YouTube, Netflix, Rumble and so on.

All these is corruption (by civil services) to extort money from the media executives. Just like newspaper, a time would come that only papas would be sitting watching regular TV. Others would connect theirs to the internet.

Its already like that. Live sports is what is saving TV at this point.

They should go ahead and pay what is due for them.
After all, some of them have oaid
Rushing to judiciary at every opportunity

Do not mind Buhari and federal government...they cannot provide a condusive environment for bussinesses and radio stations, tv stations to strive but just to be collecting tax, levies, dues... Lack of constant electricity power supply, bad roads, 710!naira to a dollar, multiply taxation is affecting this broadcast stations to strive and Excel and expand with the bad economy...so federal government should make environment conducive for bussinesses and broadcast stations to strive and make the economy to be good..not just be collecting tax all the time

It's not about dues, it's censorship.

With the value of Naira against the Dollar. If these media houses can take YouTube serious, they wouldn't need our local advertisers or politicians. Without exaggeration, they would be making tens of millions monthly.

Don’t mind that Mumu serap, what does their revocation of license by the same government who gave them those same rights in the first place, have to do with denying them their rights to freedom of expression?

This claim has no merit whatsoever, why didn’t this same government grant Biafra radio a license, since every Nnamdi Kanu has a right to freedom of expression?

No, the constitution gave them those rights not APC!
And the gov't doesn't start and end with Buhari! The judiciary is a part of the government!!
