The FG and Attorney General had it all planned. It is a well written script to ensure that kyari is not extradited. Only fools will believe that Malami 'Bungled' the case.

You can't extradite a serving security agent/operative whose primary assignment is shrouded in secrecy.

My own take on this matter is, is it possible for an American citizen to comit a crime related to Nigeria, and Nigeria seeks to extradite the person from the USA to Nigeria, will the USA allow such? I am not understanding why these people think we are these gullible, forget Nigeria being corrupt, all those boys extradite from Nigeria to USA shouldn't have been allowed in the first place.

You said it all I’d this very same arguments with my friends. I told them Abaa is going know where. The Nigerian Government is not in the likes of Russia and China that can tell USA that we can’t extradite our citizen to you point blank.

What they can do is use the rule of law to frustrate them . And America cannot use force on Nigeria because ABBA’s case if a small fry .if it was Terrorism issue America don’t joke with it they can bully Nigeria to release the Abba.

The issue isn't about Nigeria vs USA but Kyari getting what he deserves. The last thing he or Latin American drug barons want is to be extradited to the US where they know they'll face the full wrath of the law.

Kyari too knows this and would prefer staying home. Even in Nigerian prisons, high profile prisons like him live like kings. The block in Kuje prison where he is being held is nicknamed "segregation" by the inmates due to the many luxuries they enjoy.

A third world prison is sweet where underpaid wardens fatten their pockets from cash rich prisoners who are ready to go to any length to live as comfortable as possible while serving time.

Malami surely knows better. Everything about this particular case was just arranged to stop Kyari from being extradited. The joker was the NDLEA case. The drug case was brought in to twart the extradition case. That was why Malami deliberately delayed the extradition case until the drug case was hatched. Dem just dey teach us bad things for this country lol. Let's wait and see how the Americans will react sha.

We all know this Abba guy no dey prison. He only visits prison when needed to appear like he stays there.

Come to think of it, why was the Boko Haram prison break news focused on if this Abba guy escaped or not. Later reports came out that he had to hide like chicken and all bla bla bla.

Extradition to the US means he is guaranteed to spend time in prison but for him to remain in Nigeria means just to deceive the public while he is living a normal life outside prison on a low key.
