The Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, SAN who also stands in the gap as the Attorney General of the Federation has threatened to apprehend those involved in the funding of the Presidential bid of Labour Party's Peter Obi in the diaspora.

This is coming days the LP candidate embarks on a tour to different countries, including Canada honouring the invitation of Nigerians to a town hall meeting.

As part of the culture of raising political funds abroad, most of the gatherings monetized the meeting in categories of VIP, Executive, etc.

Reacting in a released statement, Malami disputed the service noting those residing abroad cannot detect how Nigeria is governed.
