Covif 19 ma'am. We don't want to play a part in d spread, same goes to the use of kingdom halls for almost 2 yrs. Most kingdom halls opened recently. Some congregation still use zooming arrangements

Going maskless is not the issue, the law does not stop missionary work. You may continue with the mask till the government tells you to stop even though the mask does not stop the virus but it's not the government that stopped you from preaching.

Our businesses has nothing to do with Jesus' order to go preaching and teaching so there's a difference between Jesus' work and our own work. If we are arrested for our own business it's based on what all men work for: Money
But when we are arrested for Jesus' work then he is involved because it's voluntary so we must comply 100% with the instructions of the CEO who said regarding his work:

"When they demand for a mile go two miles with them" Matthew 5:41

Moreover Caesar declared businesses open six months after the lockdown but religious centers were ordered to wait. JWs knew that this is Jesus' business not some profitable ventures but your churches can't obey Caesar's order because you people are making profits from what you call Jesus' work! Matthew 10:8

I am not sure I understand you. Jesus Christ never said his extra mile law only has to do with the assignment he gave us. Let's read the verses you mentioned to see if it was written there.
Luke 12:13-14
13 And one of the company said unto him, Master, speak to my brother, that he divide the inheritance with me.
14 And he said unto him, Man, who made me a judge or a divider over you?
This has nothing to do with the extra mile or with anything we are talking about. Please explain why you mentioned these verses.

Caesar gave a reasonable order after six months of lockdown
"you can start your business"
but regarding what we claim we're doing voluntarily for God Caesar said
"let that wait since God will understand for now"
So what exactly is it that you don't understand in this simple case?
