U should note that Parties have different rules, regulations, laws and constitution, Tradition. In PDP, Presidential Candidate and National Chairman are not being produced from one
particular section of the Country. ThIs current National Chairman (AYU) of PDP promised to step down if a Northerner emerges as the Presidential flagbear of the party.
