With the uproar about the the PDP party becoming a Northern affair even when the bulk of the votes comes from the south, atleast in 2019 PDP won all the South South and South Eastern states including Ondo in the South West and narrowly lost lago making it 12 states in total while in the entire north he only managed to win in Benue and Adamawa his home state out of the 19 states with a very slight margin, infact he lost his own Polling Unit in Adamawa. The party is alive today is specifically because of the south when the northern element's conspired to pull down the party in 2015 including the very Atiku, Saraki, Tambuwal etc who teamed up to destroy the party
Now see the insult, the presidencial candidate is of Northern extraction (Atiku) party Chairman is from the North (Ayu), Chairman Board of Trustees also from the North. As if that's not enough damage already Atiku went further to strike a deal with Tambuwal to make him Senate President if he eventually wins, then Saraki as Secretary to the Federation while Shekarau will be Chief of staff, leaving surbordinate positions for the South.
Yet some people in the south still sheepishly follow these people all in the name of party is supreme or because of Stomach interest, Shame on you.
