El Elohe Yahshrael!

The Creator of the heavens, the earth, the seas and everything in them, the one and only true God, has no religion. Going by the definition of religion, it is correct to assert that the Creator has no religion. His creatures are the ones who practise religion. He has requirements which any one who seeks or worships him must meet or fulfill. These requirements portray part of his attributes.

James 1:27 Religion that YHVH our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.

The worldly pollutants include - idolatry, sexual immorality (adultery, fornication, homosexuality, bestiality, etc), covetousness, murder, slander, etc. These are the ways of the people of the world - people who are under the influence of Satan and the demons.

Genesis 4:6 Then YHVH said to Cain, “Why are you angry? Why is your face downcast? 7 If you do what is right, will you not be accepted? But if you do not do what is right, sin is crouching at your door; it desires to have you, but you must rule over it.”

The Creator is righteous. His ways and requirements are righteous. Any one who seeks him must seek his righteousness.

Psalm 19:7 The law of YHVH is perfect,
    refreshing the soul.
The statutes of YHVH are trustworthy,
    making wise the simple.
8 The precepts of YHVH are right,
    giving joy to the heart.
The commands of YHVH are radiant,
    giving light to the eyes.
9 The fear of YHVH is pure,
    enduring forever.
The decrees of YHVH are firm,
    and all of them are righteous.
10 They are more precious than gold,
    than much pure gold;
they are sweeter than honey,
    than honey from the honeycomb.
11 By them your servant is warned;
    in keeping them there is great reward.
