Miss Lillian Ogbuefi, from Anambra state, she won the Lagos State spelling Bee in 2012 during BRF's tenure, she got a scholarship to study in the USA and graduated in Fisk University, Tennessee, Shes now a filmmaker in USA.
Miss Lillian Ogbuefi, explained to the newsmen how the scholarship from Lagos State government then had changed her life entirely and other young students who are not in anyway related to Yoruba's also sponsored to study in different countries abroad by Lagos State government since 1999 till date.
