Statistics is not meant to make you feel good it's meant to make you see gaps that need to he filled.

If you're feeling good because the statistics "favour" you, you're suffering from severe inferiority complex.

What if your entire tribe is 98% on the developmental track but children in your own family are part of the remaining 2% that are excluded. Would you still feel good or bad just for the sake of numbers?

In this your analysis, did you also factor in the fact that the developmental track only focused on 2-4 year olds?

It doesn't matter from which angle you're looking at it. I think we all know the regions where 2-4 year olds are already in preschools and those where it I'd hardly so.
