Here are my list of phobias in order of severity
1. Claustrophobia - Fear of confined spaces. I recently discovered I had this when it triggered as I was about to do MRI scan. Felt like I was in a coffin and I lost it.
2. Trypophobia - Fear of patterned holes. Worse of the holes or doors are black in colour. I run berserk at the sight of these
3. Acrophobia - fear of falling from height. I recently watched the movie "Fall" and I couldn't keep my pieces together.
