Certificates can be issued on Saturdays AT MIRACLE CENTRES.

OP should fix the title of the thread.

Check Harvard, Cambridge, Oxford et al.... they issue certificates on work days.

Means Obi still failed. Got 3rd Class in a miracle center.

They also do on Saturday.. Don't say what you don't know
