We all know PDP primary was monetized. Atiku gave delegates 10 000 dollars each .As he sat down he was told that a a candidate wanted to give all the delegates more than that .Atiku left immediately to make it 25 000 dollars for each delegate (Watch the video again online) Wike spent money but Atiku spent more.
