A man has finally captured a snake that has been living in his house for a month and disappears whenever he wants to catch it. The PortHarcourt resident explained that he has been seeing the snake in his house but it disappears after he sights it. Yesterday, September 23, he found the snake in his kitchen, crawling down the island to the sink. This time, he was able to catch the reptile - suspected to be a black mamba - and he set it ablaze after killing it. When the snake is discovered in a house in the 70s our elders roast enough dry pepper inside the house with the doors and windows shut. In the end either the snake finds its way out to live another day or dies in the house out of shame of being caught or fear of being beaten to death. 14 Likes 2 Shares |

The fact is, snakes lives in most people's houses, especially people who lives in shanties and dirty environment and people who lives in houses close to gutters and drainages. there are all types of snakes around living on those big rats in the gutters. Snakes can cleverly reside in a house full of people for years without being sighted. Any wonder it is ranked among the most intelligent creatures on earth?  1 Like |
