Can homosexuality be considered "natural" or "normal", considering it doesn't produce offspring ?



Most sexual acts between heterosexual humans isn’t done with the intention of producing offspring. In fact, most sexual acts are done for fun, using appropriate technology to prevent the production of offspring. So what’s natural or normal about that?

99.9% plus of heterosexual sexual activity doesn't lead to reproduction.


If the definition of 'natural’ is to be 'propogates the species, then every orgasm a person ever has, excepting only those couple that produced their 2 kids, was 'unnatural’.
And so is any sex act that can't end in pregnancy — oral, anal, masturbation, everything except a small fraction of penis-in-vagina sex, with no contraception, during a brief 2 day window once a month.



Not only does the overwhelming majority of human sexual activity not lead to reproduction, but it's such a fundamental aspect of our sex lives, and has been for so long, entire physical structures have evolved that are linked to sex, but perform no reproductive purpose — take the clitoris for example — absolutely unnecessary, as far as bearing children is concerned.


The entire human menstrual cycle has evolved to hide the fact that females are infertile for 26 days out of every 28.

It's almost as if 'nature’ has gone out of its way to emphasise that reproduction is only a very small part, however essential, of sex...

IMHO homosexuality is a mental/sexual disorder that will have men be attracted to other men....just like the same mental/sexual disorder that would have a father want to have sex with his own children; just like the same mental/sexual disorder that would have some people want to have sex with dogs; just like the same mental/sexual disorder that would have some people enjoy raping people....

the difference in all the above is that....homosexuality is legal in most part of the world today.
