Which food does your stomach find difficult to digest after eating it? Mine is ripe raw plantains... I have heard of people who have lactose intolerance i.e if they take milk or yoghurt, their systems are incapable of digesting the sugar in it properly. This leads to bloated stomach accompanied with subtle or violent release of gas. |
